Barnes gathers at St Mary's Church at 10.50am on 8 November. East Sheen's service is at 11am, after a march from 10.30am. Pick one: the timings collide.

They start ten minutes apart, so nobody can attend both.

Barnes and East Sheen will each hold a Remembrance Sunday service on 8 November. Their services are ten minutes apart, so attending both is not realistic.

Barnes: St Mary's Church, Church Road

The service at St Mary's Church on Church Road starts at 10.50am, according to Radio Jackie's round-up of services across Richmond borough. We have found no Richmond Council notice confirming a road closure on Church Road, so allow for traffic either way.

East Sheen: war memorial

Organisations assemble at Sheen Lane Centre Car Park at 10.30am. They march to the East Sheen war memorial, with the service at 11am, according to VisitRichmond.

Mortlake

The listings we found show no separate Mortlake service. The Mortlake and East Sheen war memorial stands in East Sheen, so East Sheen's is the listed service nearest to hand for Mortlake. If your church or group is holding one in Mortlake, tell us.

Which to choose

For Barnes and Castelnau, St Mary's is the obvious choice on the listings we found. East Sheen's parade starts earlier, at 10.30am, so anyone marching needs to be there well before the service.

The oddity is Mortlake. A district with its own name on a war memorial, and no service listed under it, looks like a gap in the listings or a gap on the ground. Either way, it is worth settling before Sunday.
